What are your shipping rates? Tiare Hawaii packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

  • We offer our domestic customers FREE SHIPPING! Hawaii tax rates do apply to our Hawaii residents (4.712%)
  • All orders will be packed and shipped within two business days of ordering. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. 
  • Shipping rates: Domestic: 3-5 Business Days  International: 7-10 Business Days
  • If you are in need of expedited shipping please email us prior to placing your order, at customerservicetiarehawaii@gmail.com, we would be happy to accommodate you!

What is your online store exchange policy?

  • Tiare Hawaii offers online exchanges only, NO REFUNDS. Merchandise must be returned unworn and with the Tiare Hawaii tag attached. The exchange must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • If items are damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Before sending an item back, please email us at customerservicetiarehawaii@gmail.com with a picture and a description of the damage. As previously mentioned, all of our items are handmade so inconsistencies are to be expected. If an item is missing or damaged we will gladly replace it or issue a credit towards your next purchase. 
  • * shipping cost for customer exchanges will not be covered *  

Why does the tie-dyed item I received not look exactly like the online photo?

  • Tiare Hawaii garments are handmade with love in Bali. We use traditional techniques of printing and dyeing. Differences in each garment is part of their handmade charm. Therefore, inconsistencies are to be expected since no two pieces are exactly the same. Discoloration or inconsistencies in dye are not considered to be damaged. 
  • Product color and quality as seen on a monitor may vary slightly compared to actual items due to photography lighting and effects and individual screen color calibration. Please email customerservicetiarehawaii@gmail.com for questions regarding item details.

What if I did not receive a shipping confirmation email?

  • We suggest checking your junk/spam mailbox, the confirmation often gets sorted there by mistake. If however you did not receive an email, feel free to contact us at customerservicetiarehawaii.com directly.
